Commit to Teamwork and Continuous Improvement Projects are assigned to teams formed by board members and volunteers within our SSEAYP family. Budget is allocated appropriately and performance reported in the bi-monthly meetings. Since then, we had 12 SIS SOPs drafted to guide the planning and conduct of key activities. A review of SIS constitution was completed based on directions given by the Board meeting on 14 Jan 2003. The draft had since been submitted to NYC for approval. The importance of documentation was also emphasized. Preserve Integrity and Accountability The queries raised in SIS accounts had been checked in consultation with PA and NYC staff. The list of outstanding issues to be dealt with by designated persons had been given a target date to close the audit issue. We would like to thank all previous project treasurers and chairpersons who worked cooperatively with us for this verification exercise. Focusing on member's need We asked for nomination of year representatives to be part of the working team in a series of events to celebrate SSEAYP 30th Anniversary in 2003, including editorial board for the SSEAYP 30th Anniversary Magazine scheduled for release by 10 Oct 2003. We also seek your nomination for Top 30 PYs to commemorate the significant milestones event in SSEAYP history. We look forward to your contribution and active participation, including your family members, in the events lined up till October 2004.
